Grand Theft Auto Vice City action adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. Following the success of Grand Theft Auto, developer Rockstar North takes gamers on a tour of a new city in Grand Theft Auto Vice City. With new business opportunities, new characters, new sights, and even a whole new 80s themed era. The year is 1986 and your career in Vice City begins. In their attempt to make all the characters sound more realistic, Rockstar hired a fabulous cast of Hollywood actors for in-game voiceovers. The main character, Tommy Vercetti, got the voice of recognized actor Ray Liotta. Tommy Vercetti, member of the Forelli Family, has just been released in 1986, serving 15 years for killing 11 men in the Harwood District of Liberty City in early 1971. Freedom is the right word to describe Vice City. The best part of the game is that you're not obliged to follow a strict path throughout your career. At any time, you can just cruise the streets in your favorite car and earning cash can be achieved in several ways. Then there are, of course, the motorbikes. From the scooters to the nippy little dirt bikes, right up to the thundering speedbikes, they lend a new dimension to the adventure. Because Vice City was built upon Grand Theft Auto III, the game follows a largely similar gameplay design and interface with GTA III with several tweaks and improvements over its predecessor. On October 26, 2012 Rockstar Games announced that Grand Theft Auto Vice City would be released on iOS and Android for the game's tenth anniversary, following the tenth anniversary release of a mobile version of Grand Theft Auto III in December 2011.
